1. Introduction: What is Yoga Nidra?
Hi! I am so glad you will join me on this introduction to the practice of Yoga Nidra! Yoga Nidra is an invaluable tool for me when it comes to goal setting, manifesting and general overall wellbeing. I am so happy to share this practice with you.
In this session I will explain what the practice of Yoga Nidra really is, it's link to the sub-conscious and how it differs to just a regular Savasana.
2. Set your intention: Sankalpa - Your Heart Felt Desire
Sankalpa is known as your heart felt desire. It has close links to your Dharma in Yoga which is our live's purpose or the lessons and obstacles to overcome. It is an affirmation that we create and is planted into the practice of Yoga. Here we look at how to create your own individual Sankalpa to be used in the practice of Yoga Nidra.
3. Setting up for the practice: Create a comfortable Savasana
In this session I will talk you through the best way to make yourself very comfortable for Yoga Nidra. Comfort is so important in this practice as the more you can fully relax the deeper into the practice you can go. Remember we are aiming for a near sleep state!
4. Lets practice Yoga Nidra!
Now let's get started! Join me for this 20 min practice of Yoga Nidra. We will plant your chosen Sankalpa into your subconcious within the practice. All you need to do is lie down and manifest with absolutely zero effort required!
